CalyptoKey encrypts and decrypts vaulted secrets right in the browser using a key made from the user's master password. All secrets are encrypted on the client-side before being sent for storage in the remote server vault. Furthermore, user accounts are authenticated with zero-knowledge based techniques, so user passwords are never seen or handled by servers at any point before, during, or after authentication. Metadata gathering and storage is limited to only such as is strictly necessary.
